Pressed & Illuminated: Autumn Botanical Lamps
A DIY Class with Alicia Griffith
Bring the warmth and joy of spring and summer inside as autumn quickly approaches.
Join us for a relaxing afternoon creating your own illuminated botanical lamp using real pressed flowers, ferns, grasses, and leaves. Browse our collection of carefully preserved botanicals, design your own arrangement, and permanently adhere them to a modern touch-control lamp. The warm glow will keep you cozy as fall and winter approach. No artistic experience is needed.
Your workshop includes:
- A touch-control LED table lamp with three brightness settings
- A beautiful selection of pressed flowers, leaves, ferns, and greenery
- All materials and instruction

Wheel Throwing: One Class Experience for Anyone
(by appointment)
Let your creativity and ideas come to life on the wheel! All levels welcome as you learn to wheel throw clay over the course of a single 90-minute session. This class includes an instructor demonstration, guided assistance, and 2 pieces of clay for you to work with. You will choose your glaze color preference at the end of the class. Class may run up to 2 hours as needed. From centering to opening to pulling to shaping, you will get a feel for it all. Pieces will be available approximately two weeks later. Class size ranges from 1-4 people.
