Family Art Nights!
Join us the second Thursday and following Friday of each month during the Simpsonville Arts Center's monthly Open Studio.
Sign up below, pre-registration recommended as we usually fill up.
Timing:
- Thursday 5:30pm-7:30pm (drop in anytime)
- Friday 4:00pm-6:00pm (drop in anytime)
- Offered only on Thursdays in the summer
Details:
- Ages 4-17 and accompanying adults
- Adult artists too
- Registration opens a month before the date
- Limited to about 15 participants
- For those of you who can't get enough art!
- Choose two projects from at least six different ideas
- Acrylic painting projects, watercolor projects, ceramic forms to paint, mini pottery wheels and more!
- $19 for each artist
One of our art instructors is on hand to help you with your vision, but not to formally teach a class. Examples of projects we do: acrylic painting with stretched canvases, scratch art with reference images, ceramic forms to paint with acrylic paint, collage materials with art prompts, watercolors with watercolor paper and sample projects. Preregister to guarantee your spot. Registration opens a month before the date.
